Mag.a Rosemarie Hoedl requests the following counter notification:

Counter-notification: As already stated in the affidavit on the occasion of the main hearing Moser against Hödl April 7, 2017, Mag.Hoedl is neither related to Hubert Hödl nor is it related or is she in any liason with the men named Hödl, who in the Eurofighter and Buhag area are mentioned again and again.
Rather, during the time of the first Eurofighter-U committee in February / March 2007, Mag. Eurofighter U Committee: Hödl emphasizes innocence

1. Mag. Hoedl was never a member of the Scientology psycho-sect. Mag. Hoedl had the only contact with the sect in May 2000, where she organized an exhibition on the Vienna Stock Exchange. Rather, there were rumors that the former superiors in the federal data center had to do with this sect.
2. Mag. Hoedl is also not a member of the Loge Humain droit - rather, the professional career was completely destroyed by this "dirty campaigning", Mag. Hoedl got into great difficulties because she had to pay legal fees. This subsequently led to incapacitation on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Finance - through an invented payment claim by T-Mobile in September 2008 ..
3. There are always rumors that the violent death of the government councilor Schweinhammer from the Federal Ministry of Finance in November 2003 is related to bribes related to Eurofighter bribes and sap projects.
4. Mag. Hoedl requests the counter-notification that it has not obtained any financial benefits from these projects illegally. The two administrators Dr. Martin Weiser and Dr. Franz Stefan Pechmann and the District Court of Vienna-Liesing confirm that they had access to Mag. Hoedl's account management during two care procedures and numerous appeals to decisions (2009 to 2011 and 2015 to 2018).
5. Mag. Hoedl is no longer available for personal vengeance campaigns and interventions by a frustrated MP.
